One of my attorneys asked if I could draft a Motion to Avoid a Judgment Lien and of course I said, “I sure can”. So, I research similar motions for our district and found one. I edited the motion, submitted to the attorney, the Motion was submitted, no objections to the Motion occurred and the avoidance was approved by the Judge.
