This new office is located within minutes of the Crowne Plaza, the Marriott and only 4 miles from the famous Broadmoor Hotel. All of these facilities will be instrumental in allowing me to conduct more onsite training seminars as well as host visits from NAVBA members and subscribers. Visitors may fly into Denver and take a shuttle ($44 per person) to Colorado Springs, which is only 70 miles south. While you are training in the area you can visit magnificent Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Cripple Creek which is almost 10,000 feet in elevation and affords breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains along scenic Route 67.
This place is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. Not only will it help to inspire me as a writer but it will be the best place for training others because of the magnificent environment. It is a well-known fact that the more peaceful and tranquil the surroundings, the more relaxed you become; allowing your mind to absorb more information and understand concepts that greatly enhance your learning capabilities.
KENTUCKY OFFICE STILL OPERATING
This announcement does not mean that the Kentucky office has closed. I have moved all the shipping and order processing operation to Kentucky where Cheri Graham is located. This address is:

Do not confuse the two. The Kentucky office is where the orders are processed and the Colorado office is where the main office is located. I closed the old main office in Columbus, Ohio and will have the new Colorado office operating on or before March 1, 2009.
WHY TWO OFFICES?
713Training.Com is a growing company. As a company grows it must reorganize its operational procedures to meet the increased workload and customer demands. This ensures that our customers and members are treated with a higher level of service as well as ensuring our training materials and services increase in quality; thereby improving the learning capabilities for all students.
WHY I MOVED THE OFFICE FROM OHIO TO COLORADO
Many people want to know why I would move from Ohio after all these years. One of the main reasons is that the bankruptcy and foreclosure field is growing rapidly. Moving to Colorado, with access to the Denver International Airport, affords me a better ability to serve attorneys and virtual bankruptcy assistants in California and other western states which contains the highest concentration of bankruptcy and foreclosure filings.
Secondly, there are better facilities in Colorado Springs to serve my customers compared to Columbus, Ohio.
Thirdly, Denver International Airport is a major hub where Columbus, Ohio is not. Because of this reason alone our seminar attendance was always down by 80% or more.
Fourthly, I have vacationed in Colorado for the past 12 years and purchased land in the San Luis Valley which is located in the southern part of Colorado. In 2008 I celebrated my 50th birthday in the area and I cried when I had to leave. It was then that I determined I was going back to Ohio, sell my home and move to the state I dearly love – Colorado.
