New Company Expansion

Good news for virtual bankruptcy assistants

December 16, 2008 launched the grand opening of 713Attorney.Com which can be viewed online at http://www.713attorney.com.

713Attorney.Com is now part of the growing 713 family and is dedicated to providing training and support for bankruptcy attorneys. This is good news for virtual bankruptcy assistants because 713Attorney.Com will be responsible for generating work for you in the future.

As you may already know, I have been working since March 2008 traveling to law firms and setting up new bankruptcy practices. Some attorneys wanted to keep their bankruptcy petition work in-house so I trained their employees. Other attorneys wanted to stay small and do their own petitions, so I trained the attorneys how to prepare their own petitions. However, some attorneys wanted to start or expand a practice and use virtual bankruptcy assistants. For these attorneys I matched them with VBAs who had passed the VBA Certification Exam.

It is one thing to develop the virtual bankruptcy assistant industry, but you have no idea how wonderful it feels to set up a virtual bankruptcy assistant in business. I gain a sense of fulfillment knowing that people have used my training materials and are actually making excellent money during this bad economic period in our nation’s history. It lets me know that I am making a difference in this world and this is much better than anything money can buy.

The Industry is Growing Rapidly

Attorneys began seeking me out by viewing my website. When they discovered that I authored several books and provided training products to virtual bankruptcy assistants, they asked me to train them or help them start or expand their current practice. As you can see, I did not develop this new company from any idea I had; the attorneys developed it from their requests.

Over the course of the last several months, more and more bankruptcy attorneys are setting up new bankruptcy practices and I am getting very, very busy. Because of this I had to separate the new company from 713Training.Com and start 713Attorney.Com.

VBA Certification Exam

I urge you to download a free copy of the VBA Certification Exam at:
http://www.vbacertification.com

Look the test over at no charge. Only if you decide to take the test will a fee for grading be required. This way, you can judge the test for yourself before you invest a penny. The sooner you become certified as a VBA, the sooner I can help generate work for you through 713Attorney.Com. And please feel free to contact other Certified VBAs who have taken the test and now work for attorneys to find out what they think. To contact them, visit http://www.navba.org

A Business Partner May Be Needed

In 2009 I am considering taking on a business partner to help me manage 713Training.Com and grow both businesses as well as the virtual bankruptcy assistant industry. 713Training.Com is currently located in Columbus, Ohio. If you would be interested in moving to Columbus, Ohio and taking on the mortgage payment of only $740 per month, I may consider deeding the house to you so that the company will not have to be moved. This will set me free to set up another office in Colorado and travel throughout the country building 713Attorney.Com.

The business partner would need to have knowledge of bankruptcy petitions, be extremely organized and reliable, as well as being internet and computer savvy. Additionally, a monetary investment would need to be made to ensure the business partner would work to earn their investment back plus interest. This investment would be paid back within one year and I would use the money to build 713Attorney.Com. With the right business partner, 713Training.Com and 713Attorney.Com could easily grow into a multi-million dollar enterprise.
