Two New Bankruptcy Law Firms Set Up by 713Training.Com

This update is being written on Thanksgiving Eve. My sister is in the kitchen making me one of her famous hamburgers for dinner. She takes 85% lean hamburger, adds in Omaha Steak seasoning mix, cooks it slow with a lid on the pan and you have the best burger on the planet. Tomorrow she is roasting a whole chicken with dressing for the both of us. I hope all of you reading this are as blessed as we are and enjoy the holiday with your family, no matter how small or large it is.

Now, let’s get down to business . . .

New Bankruptcy Law Firm Set Up in Florida

Cheri Graham and I just returned on Saturday, November 22 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida where we set up an attorney in a new bankruptcy practice. Attorney Borgia had built his practice on social security law where he fought for people who were denied social security benefits. He had a very successful practice and three offices (Pompano Beach, Miami and Jacksonville) but because foreclosures and bankruptcy filings are on the rise, he expanded his practice and 713Training.Com had the honor of setting up his new bankruptcy law firm.

While we were in Florida we met with Mary Sosa and her sister Lidia Nobili of BankruptcyFirstAide. Mary and her sister have studied all my training materials and have established their own virtual bankruptcy service company. Although they work for three other attorneys in Florida, I had them meet Attorney Borgia who was impressed with their knowledge of preparing bankruptcy petitions. He hired them as his virtual bankruptcy assistants and I am sure they will be a great help in growing his new bankruptcy law practice.

Mary and Lidia were so kind to us while we were in Florida. They picked us up every morning and drove us everywhere we needed to go. Mary refused to accept payment for gas and she even paid for all our meals when we ate out. I would like to publicly thank Mary Sosa for her kind and generous hospitality and I hope the introduction to Attorney Borgia will help in returning the favor. Mary and Lidia are smart cookies and I know their virtual bankruptcy assistant business with grow by leaps and bounds in the months and years ahead.

Also Mary and Lidia took Cheri and me on a tour of the Miami area. We ate at Houston’s restaurant and even sampled a Crystal burger (we have White Castle up north). We also visited Boca Raton and saw all the millionaire homes along the ocean. Cheri enjoyed visiting the Atlantic for the first time, but those who know me, know that I couldn’t wait to get back home to the cold air of Ohio. Florida is much too hot for me. I miss the icy chill of the air that only the northern states can provide. Even if Florida has a cool day, they do not have the icy chill in the air like Ohio does. This is the chill I live for every year; the arctic blast of the northern winds.

New Bankruptcy Law Firm Set Up in Maryland

Prior to Florida, on November 11 and 12 Cheri and I flew to Baltimore, Maryland to set up two attorneys in a bankruptcy law practice who were located in Annapolis, Maryland. Attorneys Chris Doyle and Tom Wall had been practicing a variety of different law practices but realized that bankruptcy filings are on the rise. Cheri spent two days networking their computers and synchronizing their systems to work together. She also established their domain, established their email addresses and set their new bankruptcy firm up to work with their existing firm. During this time, I provided training to the attorneys and when I returned to Columbus, Ohio, I designed them a website, which you can view (see Reference links below.)

During our visit, Attorneys Chris and Tom provided us a wonderful bed and breakfast to stay in called The Annapolitan located at 1313 West Street, Annapolis MD. We recommend this as a wonderful place to stay if you are ever in the area. Also, Tom took us to see Chesapeake Bay as well as the beautiful colonial homes located in downtown Annapolis. We would like to thank both attorneys for making our trip to Maryland a memorable one.

Can You Set Up a Bankruptcy Law Firm?

I wish I had more people who could set up law firms but this is not a skill I can train unless you have experience and knowledge in upper level management or training corporate clients. Also, you need to have extensive experience in preparing bankruptcy petitions. By extensive, I mean that you are doing at least 25-30 per month.

If you have this level of knowledge and experience and are interested in setting up bankruptcy law firms, I would love to talk with you. Send me an email with your phone number along with details of your training, upper management and petition preparation experience. I will call you for an interview.

The Foreclosure Teleconferences

We have now finished with the training in the foreclosure teleconferences. Several people emailed and asked how many teleconferences would be in the series, but this was a question I was unable to answer at the time. When a brand new product is being created, it is impossible to know how everything will turn out until the product is complete. After the 1.5 hour teleconference with Attorney LeAnne Levett, I saw that we covered every possible topic needed to start a successful foreclosure mediation business.

Foreclosure mediation is an excellent skill for virtual bankruptcy assistants to have. It will allow you to serve the attorneys you work for with skills that are rare. The attorney charges the client money to do the foreclosure mediation and passes the work on to you. For more information on the complete training kit I have developed, see the Reference links below.

Summary

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. Remember to take a plate of food to someone in your neighborhood who is alone, has lost their job or has had medical problems. It only takes a moment of your time but the other person will remember your kindness for the rest of their life.
