VICTORIA RING’S SPEAKING SESSION OVERVIEW
According to RealtyTrac.Com, “Ohio’s foreclosure filing total of 17,276 was third highest behind the totals in California and Florida. The state’s foreclosure activity increased nearly 10 percent from the previous month and was up 136 percent from October 2006. Ohio’s foreclosure rate of one foreclosure filing for every 290 households ranked fourth highest among the states.”
In the Foreclosure Mediation Workshop, scheduled for October 18 from 2:30 to 4:30, you will be introduced to Victoria Ring, a certified bankruptcy specialist who works with attorneys on a variety of foreclosure mediation cases. She will share with you the process, from Point A to Point Z in conducting the average foreclosure mediation with a lender. Willing participants from the audience will do a mock foreclosure mediation and their skills will be critiqued so that everyone can walk away with some excellent negotiating skills.
Additionally, attendees will learn how to apply the knowledge they learn as a foreclosure mediator and work as a virtual assistant with homeowners across the United States. The average fee a foreclosure mediator earns is approximately $1,000 to $1,500 per negotiation, which makes this skill an excellent way to earn a full-time income working from a home office.
